Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders was left devastated after seeing his side drop points deep into injury time for the second game in succession.
Rovers looked to be heading for a critical three points when Peterborough equalised in the third minute of time added on for stoppages.
Speaking on Radio Sheffield, Saunders said, “We are all devastated in the dressing room, we played so well in the first half.
“We missed chance after chance and in the end we paid for it.
“It is a blow and it is so frustrating really.”
Only last week, Rovers let a two goal lead slip at Leeds United, eventually losing 3-2 in the ninth minute of time added on and with games quickly running out, Rovers are now six points from safety.
Results did not go Rovers way either on Saturday, with only Bristol City in the bottom six failing to pick up any points.
