Doncaster Rovers saw their survival hopes dealt another huge blow after conceding an equaliser deep into stoppage time.

Rovers looked like they were going to claim three valuable points thanks to Giles Barnes first goal for the club on the stroke of half time.

Just when they looked like hanging on to claim their first win in seven games, Peterborough substitute Tyrone Barnett beat David Button from inside the area to claim a point for the visitors.

It was the second game in succession that Rovers have conceded deep into stoppage time, costing them three points.

The draw sees Rovers remain at the foot of the championship table and they are now six points from safety after Nottingham Forest, Coventry City and Millwall all won to aid their survival hopes.
