Doncaster Rovers were forced into one change for the game with Plymouth, Jason Shackell was ruled out with an ankle injury and was replaced by James O`Connor.

Alan Judge gave Plymouth the lead after 26 minutes after good play down the wing from Gow.

Rovers were level within two minutes, a free kick from Woods was only partially cleared and fell into the path of Shiels who made no mistake with his second chance.

Rovers were reduced to ten men in the first five minutes of the second half when captain Martin Woods was sent off for a second yellow card.

Plymouth won the game inside the final twenty minutes when Neil Sullivan could only parry Jamie Mackie`s shot and Rory Fallon was on hand to score.
