Fleetwood Town have sacked manager Uwe Rosler following their 3-0 defeat at Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.

The former Brentford, Wigan Athletic and Leeds United manager has been sacked after Fleetwood made it five straight defeats and after being amongst the sides challenging for promotion during the first half of the season, they are now only outside of the relegation places on goal difference.

Fleetwood lost 3-0 at the Keepmoat Stadium as two goals from Tom Anderson and Alex Kiwomya ensured Doncaster won for the first time in 2018 to ease their own relegation worries.
