Doncaster Rovers will finally get back to action on Saturday having not played since Boxing Day, when they entertain Watford at the Keepmoat.

The break as given club captain Brian Stock even more time to recover after his long term injury and he could start with Simon Gillett returning to parent club Southampton.

Paul Heffernan as returned to Rovers after his loan spell at Oldham Athletic finished and he will be hoping for a place in the squad.

Martin Woods is back in light training after his groin injury that`s kept him out for over a month but he will not be ready for this game.

Watford also had a free weekend last week when their game against Sheffield United fell to the weather, so they haven`t played since the 5-0 defeat at Chelsea in the FA Cup.

Heidar Helguson has extended his loan spell from QPR and is expected to lead the Watford attack.

Watford don`t look like completing the signing of midfielder Stephen McGinn from St Mirren in time for this game.
