Christopher Sarginson is the man in charge of the clash between Oldham Athletic and Doncaster Rovers at Boundary Park.             

The Staffordshire official has taken charge of 42 games this season showing 134 yellow cards and 5 reds.

This will be the second time that he has taken charge of a game involving Oldham this season. His previous game was the 1-1 draw at Bradford City in October when he showed six yellow cards.

Sarginson has been officiating in the Football League since the 2008/09 season. His first game in charge of Doncaster was in his fourth season in the league when he took charge of their 1-0 home win against Crystal Palace.

Sarginson is taking charge of his first game involving Doncaster this season.

His last game in charge of Doncaster was the 4-1 win at Leyton Orient last season where he showed two yellow cards. Prior to this, you have to go back to the 2015/16 season when he was in charge of their 1-0 defeat at Gillingham.
