Doncaster entertain Tottenham Hotspur in the Carling Cup this evening with a number of players returning from injuries.

Influential midfielders Brian Stock and James Coppinger picked up knocks to their ankles at the weekend, they are both fit but may not be risked ahead of the important Championship clash with Cardiff at the weekend.

Better news for Rovers is that James O`Connor, Martin Woods and Byron Webster are back in training and could feature.

Spurs are likely to make a host of changes with a number of squad players expected to make a start.

Peter Crouch who still hasn`t featured for the first team this season could make a start along with fellow forward Roman Pavlyuchenko.

Also expected to play are midfielders David Bentley and Jamie O`Hara.
