Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson is expected to pick from the squad that beat Fleetwood Town last weekend for the trip to Rotherham United.
McCullough, who recently returned from a long-term injury, will be assessed ahead of the game but he is expected to be fit for the game.
Danny Andrew, Andy Butler. Joe Wright and Andy Williams all remain on the sidelines through injury.
Joe Mattock is back in the Rotherham United squad.
Mattock missed the win at Shrewsbury Town last weekend but he has returned to training this week.
Anthony Forde, Richie Towell and Will Vaulks are all expected to be fit despite picking up knocks at Shrewsbury.
Jamie Proctor and Darren Potter remain sidelined for Rotherham.
