Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O`Driscoll admits his side were lucky to book their place in the second round of the Carling Cup.

Rovers won 1-0 thanks to a James Coppinger goal in the 54th minute, it was Rovers first shot on target.

County missed a host of chances in the game and it the woodwork on three separate occasions.

Sean O`Driscoll speaking after the game said, ‘To say that we were extremely fortunate is a massive understatement but I was pleased at the way we stuck at it.
‘County could have been 4-0 up at half-time but at the finish we could have ended up winning 4-0.
Rovers made seven changes from the side that drew at Watford on Saturday giving first starts to summer signings Byron Webster and John Oster.
