Doncaster Rovers will find out their opponents in the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy second round when the draw is made on Saturday.

The draw will take place on Soccer am this Saturday morning on Sky Sports 2 between 10am -10.30am.

Rovers were one of sixteen teams to receive byes to the second round and they join the sixteen teams that have progressed in the competition this week.

The Northern section sees ten teams from League One and six from League Two remaining.

The Southern section is predominantly League Two, with ten teams from League Two and six from League One.

The draw is now in two regional sections of North and South after being in two Northern and two Southern sections in the first round.

Rovers haven`t competed in the competition since 2008 when they lost to Grimsby Town on penalties at Blundell Park.

The previous year, Rovers won the competition in front of almost 60,000 fans at the Millennium stadium in Cardiff. Rovers claimed their first domestic trophy when they beat Bristol Rovers 3-2 after extra time.

Northern Section
Bradford City, Bury, Chesterfield, Coventry City, Crewe Alexandra, Doncaster Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Hartlepool United, Morecambe, Notts County, Port Vale, Preston North End, Sheffield United, Shrewsbury Town, Walsall, York City.

Southern Section
Aldershot, Barnet, Brentford, Cheltenham Town, Colchester United, Crawley Town, Dagenham and Redbridge, Leyton Orient, Northampton Town, Oxford United, Plymouth Argyle, Portsmouth, Southend United, Torquay United, Wycombe Wanderers, Yeovil Town.

The second round ties will take place week commencing October 8th.
