Former Premiership referee Steve Tanner will be the man in the middle when Doncaster Rovers welcome Middlesbrough on Tuesday.

So far this season he`s taken charge of 17 games showing 49 yellow cards and 2 reds.

The last time he was in charge of a Doncaster game was in the 2007/08 season when they beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 at home. He was also in charge of the reverse fixture earlier that season.

The last time he took charge of a Boro game was last season when they lost 2-1 at Hull City.
