Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders is hopeful that a trio of players will be past fit to play in the game with Brentford on Saturday.

Paul Quinn, James Husband and Kyle Bennett are all carrying knocks since the draw with Hartlepool last weekend.

Iain Hume will be back for Rovers after missing the last two games through international duty.

Rovers will once again be without defender Jamie McCombe through a long-term injury.

Brentford could give a debut to James Spencer who joined the club on loan from Huddersfield Town this week.

Midfielder Adam Forshaw is expected to play despite carrying an abdominal injury.

Striker Farid El Alagui is sidelined with a long-term knee injury
