Doncaster Rovers remain rooted to the bottom of the championship table after a goalless draw at the Keepmoat against Watford.

Rovers boss gave debuts to new signings Herold Goulon, Habib Beye and Marc-Antoine Fortune.

El Hadji Diouf came closest for Rovers in the first half when his shot went wide of a post.

At the other end, Mark Yeates tested Carl Ikeme in the Rovers goal with a stinging shot.

In a game of very few clear cut chances Rovers striker Billy Sharp had the best chance of the second half but his shot drifted just wide of the post after lifting the ball over Watford goalkeeper Scott Loach.

  • Looks like Diouf is now going to be out for a while with a hamstring strain. Hope its nothing too serious.
