Doncaster Rovers have a number of injury doubts ahead of the clash against Bury on Tuesday night.

Matty Blair and Joe Wright were both forced off through injury in the win at MK Dons on Saturday and are expected to miss the clash.

Blair will be ruled out under the concussion rules by the Football League. The fullback was forced off halfway through the first half after suffering a head injury and he must now step down from first-team action for seven days.

Wright looks set to miss the clash with an ankle injury. The defender was forced off inside the final 20 minutes.

John Marquis and Tommy Rowe have both been playing through injury and with Doncaster now close to confirming their safety in League One, manager Darren Ferguson might decide to rest the pair, who have both been struggling with hamstring injuries.

It is a blow for Doncaster, who had finally cleared a long list of injuries in recent weeks.

Andy Butler, Tom Anderson, Alex Kiwomya, Andy Boyle, Luke McCullough, Andy Williams and Issam Ben Khemis have all returned from injury recently.

Their return to the squad left just Danny Andrew out of the squad through injury, although the defender is now stepping up his rehabilitation from an Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury back in August.
