Doncaster Rovers have given goalkeeper Gary Woods a new one year contract, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2011.

Woods joined Rovers in March 2009 from Manchester United but as struggled to get into the Rovers side due to the consistency of regular keeper Neil Sullivan so far he`s made just the one appearance for the club.

Speaking on Rovers Player Woods said, “I`m glad to have got the new deal all done”.

He follows Sullivan as the second Rovers keeper this summer to sign a new one-year contract.

Rovers other senior keeper Ben Smith was allowed to leave the club in the summer and he`s currently looking for a new club.
