Stevenage boss Graham Westley says their FA Cup draw at Doncaster Rovers is probably the worst draw they could get.

The League One strugglers, who booked their place in the third round on Saturday with a 4-1 home win over non-league Stourbridge, will have been hoping for a money-spinning tie at a Premier League club.

Westley spoke on the Stevenage official website shortly after the draw and he could not hide his disappointment about the thought of a trip to the Keepmoat.

‘I like Paul Dickov, he is a decent fella. But with respect to Doncaster it is probably the worst draw we could get.

‘We won’t get the bonus of being televised. We won’t get a share of a big crowd. And we are away to a club from the league above. The only positive is that they won’t like the draw either.’

The two sides met in League One last season. The sides drew the first game at the Keepmoat 1-1 before Rovers won 2-1 at Stevenage in Brian Flynn`s first game as caretaker manager.

The tie will take place over the weekend of 4th and 5th January 2014.
