Doncaster Rovers striker John Marquis is now just one yellow card away from an automatic two-match suspension.
Marquis picked up his ninth yellow card of the season in the 2-2 draw at Portsmouth on Saturday, a game in which he scored his eighth goal of the season, and one more yellow card will see him serve a two-match suspension under the totting up system.
The striker must avoid another yellow card by the second Sunday in March to avoid a further suspension, having already served a one-match ban earlier in the season after picking up five yellow cards before the cut-off date.
