Doncaster Rovers striker Chris Brown is on the comeback trail after featuring for the reserves this week.

Brown has not featured since the defeat to Derby in August due to a knee injury.

The striker completely 45 minutes in a 3-1 reserve team victory over Scunthorpe United.

Brown has made just four appearances so far this season after signing from Preston North End in the summer.

The 26 year old scored in his first appearance of the season, in the 3-0 Carling Cup success over Tranmere Rovers.

Brown will hope to step up his fitness and help shot shy Doncaster improve on their haul of just ten goals in fifteen championship games this season.
