Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson will pick from the same squad that drew with Plymouth Argyle last weekend for the trip to Shrewsbury Town on Saturday.

With two away games in four days against promotion chasing sides, Ferguson could freshen up his squad.

Liam Mandeville is pushing for a recall after scoring for the development side in midweek and Ben Whiteman will also be hoping for a start after recently returning to the club.

Luke McCullough and Alex Kiwomya are both back in training after missing the season so far but they are not ready for the first team.

Danny Andrew and Andy Williams remain long-term absentees for Doncaster.

Shrewsbury boss Paul Hayes could also freshen up his side after they took Premier League side West Ham United to extra-time in the FA Cup on Tuesday.

With the Shrews facing 9 games in 27 days, Hayes will assess his squad ahead of the clash with Doncaster.

Luke Hendrie could make his first start after joining from Premier League side Burnley on loan this week.

Callum Morris is also pushing for a first start after joining from Championship side Norwich City and coming off the bench at West Ham.

James Bolton is expected to return to the starting line-up after being named amongst the substitutes at the Olympic Stadium.

Junior Brown is a long-term absentee for Shrewsbury.
