Speaking in the Sheffield Star Sharp said ‘I’m not sure what the situation is regarding the possibility of Sheffield United recalling me next month, but I’d love to stay here for the rest of the season. I have got a smile on my face and I am playing football week in, week out, again.”

The 23 year old is the in form striker in the Championship at the moment, scoring seven goals in his last eight games.

His goals have helped Rovers climb to sixteenth in the table and they have enjoyed back-to-back victories for the first time this season in the last week.
