Doncaster Rovers striker Billy Sharp has played sixty minutes of a friendly game with Chesterfield.

Sharp has been missing since suffering a hamstring injury against his former club Sheffield United at the end of September.

The joint leading goalscorer made a surprise return to the bench on Saturday but played no part of the game against Swansea City.

Adam Lockwood also returned in the game after recovering from a broken toe recently.

Dennis Souza, Dean Shiels, Steve Brooker and Gary Woods also had a run out against a strong Chesterfield side.

Robbie Clark fired Rovers ahead early in the second half but they had to settle for a draw when striker Bowery equalised with ten minutes remaining for Chesterfield.
