Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders is hopeful of bringing in more players before Thursday`s loan transfer deadline.

Saunders has already brought in Habib Beye from Aston Villa and Herold Goulon from Blackburn Rovers this week and the Roves boss says he is hopeful more will arrive. Speaking on the official website, Saunders said, “There could be more things happening with a bit of luck before the end of the week.”

Goulon joins today from Blackburn Rovers and he becomes the seventh player to sign for Rovers with Premier League experience, since the arrival of Saunders towards the end of September.

Pascal Chimbonda, Herita Ilunga, Chris Kirkland (now left), Carl Ikeme, Habib Beye and El Hadji Diouf have all come into the club, as Saunders attempts to move Rovers away from the foot of the championship table.
