Doncaster Rovers have made their second signing in two days with Emile Sinclair joining from Peterborough United.

The striker has signed on loan from the championship side for the remainder of the season and he joins Lee Fowler in signing for the club in the past 24 hours.

The 25 year old arrives at the Keepmoat after spending the last month on loan at Barnsley.

He has made 17 appearances this season for Peterborough and Barnsley. He has netted just three times and they all came in the 3-1 Peterborough win at Hull City in September.

Sinclair started his career at Nottingham Forest, making 18 substitute appearances.

He had brief loan spells at Brentford, Mansfield Town and Macclesfield Town. He eventually signed for Macclesfield on a permanent basis and he made 103 appearances for the silkmen during two years at Moss Rose, where he netted 18 times.

Sinclair joined Peterborough in the summer of 2011 and he has made 49 appearances, scoring 13 goals during his time at London Road.

He has made 194 appearances during his career, netting 35 times.

Sinclair has gone straight into the starting line-up for the game with Colchester United today after receiving clearance from the Football League.
