Doncaster Rovers are giving a trail to defender Paul Quinn.

Quinn, who was released by Cardiff City at the end of last season, played in Rovers latest pre-season game against Sheffield Wednesday

The 27 year old can play in a number of positions but usually operates in the right back position.

Quinn made just five appearances for Cardiff last season, with just one of those coming in the championship.

He spent three seasons with the South Wales club, making 60 appearances.

He started his career with Scottish Premier League side Motherwell, where he made 181 appearances in seven years at Fir Park.

Quinn was the only trialists to take part in the game with Sheffield Wednesday.
