Doncaster Rovers could be set for a cash windfall with former defender Matt Mills looking for a move away from Reading.

Mills is in the last year of his contract at the Madejski stadium and a host of Premier League sides are reported to be chasing the Reading captain according to the Daily Mail .

Rovers sold Mills to Reading for a reported £1.5 million in the summer of 2009 and have a 20% sell on clause with the Berkshire club for anything above this value.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reported to be offering £3.8 million for his services, which would mean a tidy windfall for Rovers.

Reading missed a place in the Premier League after losing the play off final to Swansea, a game in which Mills scored.

Stoke City, West Brom and Leicester City are also reported to be interested in signing the 24 year old.
