Defender Paul Quinn has returned to pre-season training with Doncaster Rovers.

The former Cardiff City man looked to be heading out of the Keepmoat this summer after not reporting for pre-season training and activating a clause in his contract allowing him to leave following the clubs relegation from the championship.

Quinn also took to his twitter account to slam the club with Rovers boss Paul Dickov hitting back at the player but it now seems they have got over their differences with the 28-year-old reporting for training this week.

He was an integral part of the Rovers defence last season, filling in at centre back towards the end of the season and he made 37 appearances as Rovers suffered final day heartache at Leicester City.

Quinn has made 80 appearances for Rovers during his two-years at the Keepmoat following his arrival from Cardiff City.
