Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll is tipping one of his summer recruits to grace the Premier League one day.

O`Driscoll is tipping speedy winger Kyle Bennett to play at the highest level, likening him to current Rovers midfielder James Coppinger.

The 20 year old joined Rovers this summer after helping Bury to win promotion from League Two last season.

Speaking on Rovers mobile , O`Driscoll said, ‘He’s an exciting prospect for us and hopefully fans will be equally excited by him. His pace and movement makes him more like James Coppinger than anyone else in the squad. He’ll make mistakes and we’ll have to be patient but I’m delighted he’s here and can see him in the Premier League one day.’

Bennett worked his way through the youth set up at Wolverhampton Wanderers before being released by the Premier League side at the end of the 2009/10 season.

Bury signed the winger on a one year deal last August and were desperate to keep hold of the player who went on to make thirty-two appearances last season.
