Doncaster Rovers manager Dean Saunders will welcome back Jon Parkin and Ryan Mason to the squad for the trip to Portsmouth on Saturday.

The duo were forced to miss the trip to Blackpool in midweek due to illness.

Neil Sullivan will continue in goal after on loan keeper Chris Kirkland returned to his parent club Wigan Athletic with a back injury.

Fellow goalkeeper Gary Woods is also out with a collarbone injury.

James Chambers, Martin Woods, Paul Keegan, Tommy Spurr and Chris Brown all remain on the sidelines with long-term injuries.

Portsmouth are hoping that Benjani will return to spearhead the attack after missing Tuesday`s defeat at Ipswich Town through injury.

Benjani came off during last Saturday`s win over Barnsley with a hamstring injury and he has returned to light training.

Defender Herman Hreidarsson is back in training after an Achilles injury although it is unlikely that he will return in the game on Saturday.
