Gareth Roberts was substituted on Tuesday night after suffering with cramp in the first thirty minutes of the game with West Brom.

James O`Connor replaced Roberts in the 32nd minute after Roberts complained that he was cramping up every time he tried to run.

Roberts is not the first Rovers player to suffer with cramp this season and boss Sean O`Driscoll is putting it down to an adverse affect to a supplement that`s been issued by the clubs nutritionist.

Boss O`Driscoll speaking on Rovers World, said “It`s something we have to sort out pretty quickly with the nutritionist and stop taking some of the supplements.”

Roberts should be fit to return to the squad for Saturday`s home game with Ipswich, along with James Coppinger who turned his ankle in training.

James Hayter is unlikely to feature again at the weekend has he still struggles with the groin injury he picked up at Reading.
