Doncaster Rovers have announced that their will be a pitch inspection at 10.30am on Monday ahead of Tuesday`s planned game with Ipswich Town at the Keepmoat.

Rovers have kept covers on the Keepmoat pitch since the Middlesbrough game on December 18th.

With temperatures plummeting to well below zero for most of the past week the frost could have penetrated through the covers to put the game at doubt.

Rovers have already lost two games during December. The home game with Barnsley at the start of the month was lost because of snow and Boxing Days game at Derby County was postponed for safety reasons after power failure to one stand at Pride Park.
