Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson will assess his squad ahead of the clash at Peterborough United.

A virus has swept through the Doncaster camp over the festive period with Rodney Kongolo, Alfie Beestin, Alfie May and Mathieu Baudry all suffering.

Ferguson doesn`t expect Beestin to travel with the squad but he is hopeful the other three will be fit.

Joe Wright, Craig Alcock, Liam Mandeville and Matty Blair are all pushing for a starting place.

Ross Etheridge, Danny Andrew, Luke McCullough, Andy Williams and Alex Kiwomya all remain on the sidelines through injury.

Peterborough boss Grant McCann could make changes to the side following their disappointing defeat at MK Dons on Saturday.

Junior Morais is pushing for a start after returning from injury with a substitute appearance at MK Dons.

Ricky Miller will be assessed after missing the festive period through illness.

Jack Baldwin has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury and he remains a doubt whilst Gwion Edwards is sidelined through injury.
