Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson will be boosted by the return to the squad of Jordan Houghton and Alfie May for the trip to Oxford United.

Houghton sat out the FA Cup win against Scunthorpe United last weekend with a knee injury but he has returned to full training this week.

May hasn`t featured since suffering a hernia injury in the clash at Charlton Athletic in October.

Matty Blair is out of the clash after picking up a calf injury in the win against Scunthorpe.

Ross Etheridge, Danny Andrew, Luke McCullough, Alex Kiwomya and Andy Williams remain on the sidelines for Doncaster.

Josep Fernandez Codina is back for Oxford after completing his suspension.

Gino van Kessel and Agon Mehmeti are closing in on a return for Oxford and they will hope to be included in the squad.
