Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll was disappointed with the defending in the sides 3-1 defeat at West Brom on Tuesday night, but felt the side were unlucky to come away with nothing.

He felt two lapses in defence cost his side dear and he was disappointed that a 6`4″ defender was allowed two clear headers for Albion`s first two goals.

Rovers came close to making it 2-2 late on when Adam Lockwood missed with a header when in a good position.

Within minutes Albion were down the other end and making it 3-1 to finish the game off.

Speaking on Rovers World O`Driscoll said “I thought overall if we had come away with a point nobody would have begrudged us”

Rovers will be hoping to bounce back on Saturday when they entertain under pressure Roy Keane and his Ipswich Town side.
