Naylor is set to undergo a medical at Doncaster on Wednesday and if all goes well with sign for them.

The 34 year old was released by Leeds at the end of the season after making 76 appearances for the club.

The Leeds born player was manager Simon Grayson`s first signing for Leeds in January 2009.
