Doncaster Rovers have confirmed three more pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2012/13 season.

Having already announced the trip to face Rotherham United at their new, New York Stadium on July 24th (7.45pm), Rovers have now added three more local games to their itinerary.

Rovers will travel to Blundell Park on Tuesday July 17th (7.30pm) to face Blue Square Premiership side Grimsby Town.

The game at Rotherham will follow one week later before two games at the Keepmoat.

Rovers will welcome recently promoted to the championship Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday July 28th (3pm), followed by a game with Barnsley the following Saturday, August 4th (3pm).

There is sure to be more arranged in the coming weeks with the longer than usual pre-season because of the Olympic Games.

The new season does not kick off until August 18th, with the fixtures being released on Monday June 18th at 9am.
