Shelton Martis suffered a hamstring injury on Saturday which could see his loan spell at Rovers cut short.
Martis who was celebrating his Birthday on Saturday has only just extended his loan spell with Rovers after impressing during his first month.
Rovers confirmed that it was a hamstring injury after Martis had to be replaced by Sam Hird late in the first half.
They don`t yet know the full extent and will send the on loan defender for a scan on Monday.
This adds to Rovers recent injury woes, Sean McDaid who has been out since April has just been ruled out until March at the earliest after suffering a reoccurrence of his knee injury.
James Hayter had to be replaced in the midweek game with Nottingham Forest with a medial knee ligament injury and is likely to be out for two month`s.
Jos Van Nieuwstadt is still sidelined with his hamstring injury although he should be back in action in the next few weeks.
