Everton midfielder John Lundstram, who ended the season on loan with Doncaster Rovers, is included in the provisional England under-20 squad named by Peter Taylor today for the World Cup finals in Turkey.

The 19-year-old has been included in the provisional 35-man squad for the tournament.

Lundstram made 14 appearances for Doncaster after arriving on loan in February and he played an influential part of the clubs League One success in the final months of the season.

Taylor will name his final 21-man squad on June 7th ahead of the tournament that starts a fortnight later.

England face Iraq on June 23rd, Chile on June 26th and Egypt on June 29th in their group games in a tournament that runs from June 21st to 13th July.
