Former Doncaster Rovers midfielder Paul Green is training with the squad.

The 33-year-old is a free agent following his release by Rotherham United at the end of last season.

The former Republic of Ireland international starting his career with Doncaster and he opened the scoring for the side when they won the Conference Play-off final in 2003.

He was an integral part of the Doncaster midfielder that won promotion from League Two and League One and he made 277 appearances for the club before leaving to join Derby County in the summer of 2008.

He has now made over 500 career appearances that have also seen him have spells at Leeds United and Ipswich Town.

Green started the pre-season friendly at Rossington Main this evening.
