Former Doncaster Rovers favourite Jason Price was the hero for Prestatyn Town, scoring twice to help them lift the Welsh FA Cup on Sunday.

Prestatyn beat Bangor City 3-1 after extra time to lift the Welsh Cup for the first time in their 103-year history and earn a place in the Europa League next season.

The afro goal machine, as he was affectionately known during his three years at Doncaster, opened the scoring after just two minutes when he scored from close range and his cool finish in the second half of extra-time gave them a 3-1 lead.

It was less happy day for another former Rovers favourite David Morley, who saw his penalty saved in the first half. Morley had the chance to bring Bangor level after just eight minutes but the Prestatyn goalkeeper guessed the right way to deny him.
