Doncaster go into the Easter Monday clash against Preston a win away from guaranteeing safety in the Championship.

Rovers could already feel quite safe; they are nine points in front of third bottom Norwich City with only four games remaining.

Team news

Doncaster
Rovers are likely to be without defender Adam Lockwood who was carried off with an ankle injury in the final minute of Saturday`s win at Ipswich.

Rovers have no other fresh injury worries and either Sam Hird or Jos Van Nieuwstadt will come in to partner Matt Mills in the centre of defence.

Preston
Preston may make changes after losing their local derby at home 1-0 against Blackpool on Saturday, that result leaves them little chance of reaching this season`s Play Off`s

Ex Rovers striker Chris Brown who has missed the last two games with injury could earn a recall. Brown enjoyed a successful loan period at Rovers in their League Two Championship winning side of 2003/04, he scored ten goals in seventeen appearances for the Rovers.

Callum Davdison (hamstring), Richie Chaplow (hamstring) and Barry Nicholson (ribs) all look set to be missing.
