Dean Whitestone will be the man in charge when Doncaster Rovers welcome Preston North End to the Keepmoat on Tuesday night.

The Northampton official has taken charge of 9 games so far this season, showing 30 yellow cards and 2 reds.

Last season he took charge of 35 games, showing 106 yellow cards and 6 reds.

This is the first time he has taken charge of Rovers since a 2-1 defeat at QPR in the 2009/10 season.

The last time he was in charge of Preston was in April when they drew 1-1 at Stevenage.
