Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov will welcome a number of new signings to his squad for the opening game of the season against Blackpool.

Goalkeeper Ross Turnbull and defender Bongani Khumalo have both joined the club this week and they are expected to go straight into the starting line-up.

Mark Duffy could also make his senior debut for the club following his arrival from Scunthorpe United in the summer.

Dickov will definitely be without Jamie McCombe, Harry Forrester and Marc De Val Fernandez through injury.

Blackpool will include Liverpool youngster Jack Robinson who joined the seasiders on loan this week.

They have also signed experienced striker Michael Chopra from Ipswich Town and Stephen Davies from Bristol City this week and they will hope to make their debuts at the Keepmoat.
