Doncaster Rovers have signed former Manchester United youngster Cameron Stewart on loan from Ipswich Town.

The 24-year-old winger has joined Doncaster until January 2nd has manager Paul Dickov adds to his injury hit squad.

Stewart started his career at Old Trafford where he had loan spells with Yeovil Town and Hull City before making the move permanent at the KC Stadium.

During his time with Hull, he had further loan spells with Burnley, Blackburn Rovers, Charlton Athletic and Leeds United. His spell with Leeds saw him sue the club for a loss of earnings after they reneged on a three-year deal at Elland Road despite contracts being signed between the two clubs.

Stewart eventually joined Ipswich last summer but he made just two substitute appearances and he had another short loan spell with Barnsley.
