Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson could freshen up his side for the clash with MK Dons this weekend.

Craig Alcock and Liam Mandeville were both left out of the squad for the trip to Wigan Athletic in midweek as they suffered a disappointing 3-0 defeat. The pair will be pushing for an inclusion in the 18-man squad.

Ben Whiteman, Issam Ben Khemis and Niall Mason will also be hoping for a place in the starting line-up after being named amongst the substitutes at Wigan.

Striker Andy Williams is the latest to join the long-term injury list after an ankle injury suffered at Wigan has ruled him out for at least three months.

Ross Etheridge, Danny Andrew, Luke McCullough, Alfie May and Alex Kiwomya are already long-term absentees.

Ethan Ebanks-Landell, George Williams and Ed Upson will all come back into the MK Dons squad after missing the midweek clash with Southend United through suspension.

Osman Sow and Ousseynou Cissé remain sidelined through injury for the visitors.
