Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson will bring Alfie May into the starting line-up for the clash with Hull City.
May has come off the bench to score in each of Doncaster`s last two league games and he also scored when he started in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
Ferguson spoke after the draw with Blackpool on Saturday to say the striker would start against the tigers.
Ferguson could also give starts to Marko Marosi, Craig Alcock and Andy Williams, who have been amongst the substitutes in the league so far this season.
Ross Etheridge, Luke McCullough, Mathieu Baudry and Alex Kiwomya remain on the sidelines through injury for Doncaster.
Hull are set to ring the changes for the clash at the Keepmoat.
The visitors are back in Championship action on Friday night and manager Leonid Slutsky is not expected to take too many risks ahead of the clash with Bolton Wanderers.
Hull have already suffered a number of injuries this season with Kevin Stewart and Fraizer Campbell the latest having picked up injuries at Queens Park Rangers at the weekend.
Evandro, Abel Hernandez, Will Keane, David Marshall, Ryan Mason and Moses Odubajo are already sidelined for the visitors.
