Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov has been dealt another long-term injury blow with the news that Luke McCullough will be out for up to two months.

The defender was forced off early in the League Cup tie with Ipswich Town in midweek and Dickov says he has suffered a medial ligament tear.

“Luke McCullough has got a grade two tear in his medial ligament in his knee,” Dickov told BBC Radio Sheffield.

“He will be out for anywhere between six to eight weeks.”

McCullough joins Harry Forrester and Nathan Tyson to be ruled out for up to eight weeks since the season started.
