Doncaster Rovers defender Oscar Radford has extended his loan with Matlock Town into a third month.

The defender has impressed Matlock manager and former Rovers player Mark Atkins since arriving at the club in October.

Matlock enjoyed a good run of results when Radford first joined the Evo Stik Northern Premier League side, losing just two games in his eleven appearances.

Radford has missed the last six games with a hamstring injury after being forced off at half time in the 4-0 home defeat to Chester in mid-November. His injury as coincided with the side failing to win during his absence.

The teenager signed a five-month contract at the Keepmoat in August after a successful trial in pre-season but he has failed to break into the Rovers side.
