Doncaster Rovers defender Byron Webster has extended his loan deal with Northampton Town until the end of the season.

The defender who is out of contract with Rovers in the summer, extended the deal after his initial month on loan finished after Saturday`s home defeat to Bury.

Webster made five appearances during his initial month but couldn`t help the cobblers to victory in any of the games, as they now hover just above the relegation zone.

Northampton are just two points above the relegation zone having not won since the beginning of February, a run stretching back fifteen games.
