Referee Christopher Sarginson will warm up for his big day at Wembley by taking charge of the clash between Leyton Orient and Doncaster Rovers.

Sarginson will take charge of the Checkatrade Trophy final at Wembley the following weekend between Coventry City and Oxford United.

The Staffordshire official has taken charge of 32 games this season showing 103 yellow cards and 7 reds.

Orient will be hoping for a similar performance to the last time he took charge of them last month when they went to promotion chasers Plymouth Argyle and won 3-2.

He was also in charge of their 1-0 home defeat by Portsmouth in October.

His last game in charge of Doncaster was in September 2015 when they lost 1-0 at Gillingham. It was one of only two games last season where he didn`t show a yellow card.

Referee: CHRISTOPHER SARGINSON (Staffordshire)
Assistants: Thomas Ramsey and Alan Young
Fourth Official: Geoffrey Russell
