The Easter programme has done little to sort out the relegation fight at the bottom of the championship.
Doncaster Rovers picked up one point from their two games to remain one point outside the relegation places.
Rovers face a tough finish to the season with a home game against play-off chasing Reading at the Keepmoat on Saturday before a final day trip to Leicester City, who may still need something from the game to be crowned champions.
Charlton Athletic were the big winners on Monday as they came from 2-0 down at Sheffield Wednesday to win 3-2 and leapfrog Rovers in the table.
It was a crucial win for Charlton, who found themselves 2-0 down inside the opening ten minutes of the game. It was a huge win for Charlton as they were the only winners in the bottom seven and with their next two games against teams challenging for a play-off place.
The bottom two, Barnsley and Yeovil Town both lost and the Glovers could be relegated before Rovers play again should they fail to win at Brighton on Friday night.
Birmingham City continue to have problems at home as they lost 4-2 to Blackburn Rovers and with one home game remaining this season, they have won just twice at home this season, the last coming in early October.
Blackpool secured a crucial point at play-off chasing Brighton and Hove Albion as they came from behind to draw 1-1 but the point was not enough to lift them out of the bottom three.
